By default, each order group is shipped as a single package. If you want to adjust this arrangement, here’s how to proceed:

Combine Multiple Order Groups into One Package

• To save on shipping costs, you can request to combine multiple order groups into a single package.

• How to Request: Contact our customer service team via [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) or the Chat Now button at the bottom-right of any page. Provide the order group numbers you wish to combine.

• Note: Combining orders may delay shipping until all groups are ready for dispatch.
   

Split an Order Group into Multiple Packages

• If you prefer to ship an order group in separate packages (e.g., for different delivery addresses or schedules), you can request this adjustment.
