If your PCB order is still under review, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

Complex or Specialized Requirements

  • Orders with intricate designs, non-standard specifications, or advanced features (e.g., high-density interconnects or unique materials) require a thorough audit to ensure quality and manufacturability.

  • Solution: Allow additional time for our engineering team to complete the review. Most audits are finalized within 24-48 hours on business days (GMT+8).
     

Special Circumstances or Hold

  • Your order may be on hold due to issues like incomplete files, files, unclear specifications, or discrepancies that need clarification.

  • Solution: Check your email (including spam/junk folder) for notifications from your dedicated sales representative. Respond promptly to any requests for additional information or file revisions.
