Why Can’t I Find My Order in My PCBPath Account?
Locating Your Order with Ease
If you’re unable to find your PCB order in your account, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the Correct Sections

Log in to your PCBPath account and navigate to My Orders.

Review both the Shopping Cart (for unpaid or pending orders) and All Orders (for all order statuses, including in-production or completed).

Tip: Use the search function or filter options to locate your order by order number or date.
Verify if the Order Was Deleted

If you accidentally deleted an unpaid order from your Shopping Cart, it will no longer appear in your account.

Solution: If the order was deleted, you’ll need to place a new order via the PCB Instant Quote page.
Confirm You’re Using the Correct Account

Ensure you’re logged into the PCBPath account used to place the order, as orders are tied to specific accounts.

Solution: Double-check your login credentials or try other email addresses you may have used. If you’re unsure, contact customer service for help.
Check for Older Orders

Orders placed long ago (e.g., over three years) may not display in your account due to system archiving.
