Why Can’t I Find My Order in My PCBPath Account?

Locating Your Order with Ease

If you’re unable to find your PCB order in your account, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Check the Correct Sections

  • Log in to your PCBPath account and navigate to My Orders.

  • Review both the Shopping Cart (for unpaid or pending orders) and All Orders (for all order statuses, including in-production or completed).

  • Tip: Use the search function or filter options to locate your order by order number or date.
     

Verify if the Order Was Deleted

  • If you accidentally deleted an unpaid order from your Shopping Cart, it will no longer appear in your account.

  • Solution: If the order was deleted, you’ll need to place a new order via the PCB Instant Quote page.
     

Confirm You’re Using the Correct Account

  • Ensure you’re logged into the PCBPath account used to place the order, as orders are tied to specific accounts.

  • Solution: Double-check your login credentials or try other email addresses you may have used. If you’re unsure, contact customer service for help.
     

Check for Older Orders

  • Orders placed long ago (e.g., over three years) may not display in your account due to system archiving.

  • Solution: Contact our customer service team to retrieve details of older orders.
