Where Can I Receive Notifications from PCBPath?

 

Staying Updated on Your PCB Orders

PCBPath sends notifications to keep you informed about your orders, reviews, and account updates. You can receive these notifications through multiple channels, whether logged in or not. Here’s how:

Instant Messaging (No Login Required)

  • Use the Chat Now tool located in the lower-right corner of any page.
  • This allows you to communicate directly with PCBPath’s support team without logging in, ideal for quick inquiries or pre-registration questions.
     

In-Account Notifications (After Login)

  • Message Pop-Up in My PCBPath:
    • After logging in, navigate to My Account > My PCBPath in the personal center.
    • A message pop-up box may appear in the lower-right corner displaying new notifications (e.g., order updates or support messages).
    • Click the message to view details or select Ignore All to dismiss all pop-ups.
  • My Messages in Navigation Bar:
    • In the personal center’s left navigation bar, look for the My Messages section, indicated by a message bubble with a notification count.
    • Click My Messages to view a list of all notifications on the right, including order status updates, review feedback, or support communications.

Email Notifications

  • PCBPath sends important updates to the email address provided during registration, such as:
    • Order review results
    • Production progress updates
    • Payment invoices or confirmations
  • These emails typically do not require a reply but may include actions like reviewing files or completing payments.
  • Check your inbox and spam/junk folder regularly, and ensure [email protected] is whitelisted to avoid missing notifications.
