What Should I Do If the Product Doesn’t Match the Design?

If the PCB you received doesn’t match your design, we’re here to help! Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Contact Your Sales Representative:

  • Reach out to your sales representative to discuss the mismatch and agree on a solution. Send an email with your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos of the product.
     

Apply for a Refund with a Dispute:

  • Step 1: Log in to “My Orders” > “Returns & Refunds”, find your order, and review the details.
  • Step 2: Click “Apply for Return” to start the return process.
  • Step 3: Complete the refund request form, including:
    • Your preferred solution (e.g., refund, replacement).
    • Supporting evidence (click “Browse” to upload photos, e.g., .jpg or .png files under 2MB).
    • Click “Submit” to send your request.
       

Work with the Sales Team:

  • Our sales representative will step in to mediate. Negotiate a mutual agreement (e.g., refund, remake, or exchange) and accept the proposed solution.
     

Provide Feedback (If Needed):

  • After resolution, you can share your experience via the Return Survey within 15 days. Your input helps us improve!
