What Should I Do If I Haven’t Received My Order?

 

If your PCB order hasn’t arrived yet, don’t worry! Try these steps to resolve the issue:

Track Your Order:

  • Go to “My Orders” > “Delivery”, find your order, and click “View Details” to check the tracking number and status.
  • If the status shows “Preparing for Delivery”, it may take 3-7 days for the shipping company to update the tracking information. Be patient, but you can also:
    • Contact your sales representative for the latest shipping updates.
    • Leave a message via email or click “Contact Your Sales Representative” on the order list page.
  • What If the Courier (e.g., DHL) Misses the Delivery Date?: This is rare, but if it happens, contact the courier for an updated delivery schedule. While we’re not legally responsible for delays, we’ll track the shipment or call the courier for updates. In the worst case, we’ll remake your PCBs and reship them at no extra cost to you. We may also negotiate with the courier for compensation on additional shipping fees.
     

Reach Out to Your Sales Representative:

  • If tracking doesn’t help, contact your dedicated sales representative or leave feedback. Our Case Management Team will review your issue and follow up.
     

Request a Refund:

  • If the order is significantly delayed, you can apply for a refund by opening a return appeal. Click here to start the process. (Note: Refunds are subject to our return policy—check your order details for terms.)
     

Chat with Customer Service:

  • Click the “Chat with Us” button to connect with our Customer Service Team. They’ll assist you and refer you to your sales representative if needed.
     

Pro Tip: Save your tracking number and order details (e.g., order date: July 09, 2025) to speed up support requests, especially if the delay persists beyond 7 days.

 

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times can vary due to customs delays, holidays, or carrier issues. Check your order confirmation for the estimated delivery date.
  • If you suspect the package is lost, provide us with your tracking updates by July 16, 2025 (one week from today), and we’ll investigate further.
