FAQ My Orders Lead Time

Order Combination, Shipping, and Payment Policy

One Payment, One Shipment – Save on Shipping Costs!

  1. Combine Orders to Save on Shipping
To reduce shipping costs, we recommend combining multiple PCB orders into a single shipment if your schedule allows. By grouping orders, you’ll save money and streamline the delivery process.

  2. How Combined Orders Work
When you combine orders into one group and make a single payment, all orders in that group will be shipped together. The estimated shipping date, typically around [insert date, e.g., XX-XX-XX], is based on the completion of the last PCB order in the group. Please note that additional time may be required for the courier service, as pickups are not available on Sundays.

  3. Handling Expedited or Early-Shipment Orders
If you have expedited orders or need specific regular orders shipped earlier, please select those orders and pay for them separately. This ensures they are processed and shipped according to your preferred schedule.

  4. Pay Early to Start Production Sooner
To kickstart fabrication on the same day, we strongly recommend completing your payment by 8:30 AM (GMT+8). Early payment helps us prioritize your order and ensures faster processing.
