How Do I Leave Feedback for My PCB/PCBA Order?

Share Your Experience with PCBPath. You can leave feedback for your PCB or PCB Assembly (PCBA) orders within 30 days of order completion to help us improve our services. Follow these steps to submit your feedback:

Log In to Your Account

  • Sign in to your PCBPath account.
     

Navigate to Awaiting Feedback

  • Go to My Account or My Orders and select the Awaiting Feedback tab to view orders eligible for feedback.
     

Select Your Order

  • Choose the specific PCB or PCBA order you wish to provide feedback for from the list.
     

Submit Feedback

  • Click the Feedback button next to the order.
  • Complete the feedback form, including ratings, comments, or suggestions about your experience (e.g., product quality, delivery, or customer service).

Important Notes

  • The feedback function is only available for 30 days after your order is completed (i.e., when you receive the boards).
  • If the 30-day period has passed, you can still report quality issues or concerns by contacting our support team at [email protected], using the Chat Now button at the bottom-right of any page, or messaging us via WhatsApp.
