How Do I Check the Logistics Information for My Order?

Tracking Your PCB Shipment

You can track the logistics information for your PCB order once certain conditions are met. Below are the details on when and how to check your shipment status.

When Can I Check Logistics Information?

You can inquire about logistics details after the following conditions are fulfilled:

  • Production Completed: All orders within the order group have finished production.

  • Cargo Dispatched: The shipment has been sent and entered into the logistics system.

  • Information Synced: The logistics provider has shared tracking details with PCBPath.
     

How to View Logistics Information

  1. Log In to Your Account

    • Sign in to your PCBPath account.
       

  2. Navigate to Delivery Section

    • Go to My Orders and select the Delivery tab to view orders that have been shipped or are in transit.
       

  3. Access Tracking Details

    • Locate the relevant order group and click View Details to open the express delivery details page.

    • The page will display the logistics information, including tracking number, courier name, and shipment status.
       

What If I Don’t See Logistics Information?

  • If the status shows “Preparing for Delivery”, the logistics information may not yet be synchronized with PCBPath.

  • Solution: Wait approximately 24 hours and check again, as it may take time for the courier to update tracking details.
