Updating Your PCB Order Details
If you need to modify the details of an approved PCB order, follow these steps based on your order’s status:
Contact Your Sales Representative

Reach out to your dedicated sales representative via the My PCBPath section in your account, where their contact details are listed.

Provide your order number and specify the changes needed (e.g., updated Gerber files, quantity, or specifications).

Our team will review your request and confirm the modifications, typically within 24 hours on business days (GMT+8).
Delete and Replace an Unpaid Order

If your order is still in unpaid status, you can delete it from your shopping cart and place a new order with the updated details.

Navigate to the Shopping Cart page, locate the order, and select the Delete option. Then, create a new order from the quotation page.
