How Can I Modify an Approved Order?

Updating Your PCB Order Details

If you need to modify the details of an approved PCB order, follow these steps based on your order’s status:

Contact Your Sales Representative

  • Reach out to your dedicated sales representative via the My PCBPath section in your account, where their contact details are listed.

  • Provide your order number and specify the changes needed (e.g., updated Gerber files, quantity, or specifications).

  • Our team will review your request and confirm the modifications, typically within 24 hours on business days (GMT+8).

 

Delete and Replace an Unpaid Order

  • If your order is still in unpaid status, you can delete it from your shopping cart and place a new order with the updated details.

  • Navigate to the Shopping Cart page, locate the order, and select the Delete option. Then, create a new order from the quotation page.
