Having Trouble Opening a Complaint? Here’s How to Fix It!
If you’re struggling to submit a complaint on PCBPath, don’t worry! Check out these common issues and solutions:
Errors in the Complaint Form:
The form only accepts English characters. Remove any non-English letters, symbols, or punctuation marks (e.g., é, #, or @) and resubmit.
Unsupported File Type or Size:
Supported attachment types are limited to: .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .gif, and .png. Each file must be under 2MB.
Word documents, Excel sheets, and other file types are not accepted.
If you see a “Please add attachments” error despite uploading a file, the image may be too large. Compress it using a tool (e.g., online compressors like TinyPNG) and try again.
Quick Fixes:
Ensure your internet connection is stable, as slow connections can cause form errors.
Clear your browser cache or try a different browser if the issue persists.
Contact your sales representative for help if you need to attach critical evidence in an unsupported format—they may suggest alternatives.
Important Notes:
Keep a copy of your complaint details and attachments for your records, especially if the issue relates to an order placed recently.
