Can I Change or Cancel My PCB Order?
Managing Your Order with Ease
You can change or cancel your PCB order depending on its payment and production status. Follow these steps to proceed:
Cancel an Unpaid Order

If you haven’t made payment, you can cancel the order directly from your Shopping Cart.

How to Cancel: Navigate to the Shopping Cart page, locate the order, and select the Delete option.
Handle an Unsuccessful Payment

If your payment attempt failed, the order will appear in "My Orders" under All Orders with a status indicating the issue.

How to Proceed: Click Return to Cart to move the order back to your Shopping Cart. From there, you can edit, delete, or resubmit the order with a new payment attempt.
Change or Cancel a Paid Order

If payment was successful and you need to modify or cancel the order, contact our customer service team immediately via [email protected] or the Chat Now button at the bottom-right of any page.

Change Requests:

Standard PCB Orders: Changes are possible within 2 hours of order placement, provided production hasn’t started.

Complex PCB Orders: Changes may not be feasible once the order is placed due to specialized processing.

All change requests are subject to review and approval by our engineering team.

Cancellation Requests:

You must request cancellation within 2 hours of order placement and before production begins.

Approved cancellations before production starts will receive a full refund. If production has begun, cancellation fees may apply based on the progress.
