Can I Change Order Details Like Parameters or Shipping?

Managing Your PCB Order Modifications

You can modify certain order details, such as parameters or shipping, depending on the stage of your order. Here’s how to proceed based on your order’s status:

Before Order Review

  • You can request changes to order parameters (e.g., board dimensions, layer count) by contacting our customer service team.

  • How to Request: Email [email protected], use the Chat Now button at the bottom-right of any page, or contact your dedicated sales representative via My PCBPath. Provide your order number and details of the changes.

  • Note: Not all parameters can be modified due to manufacturing constraints. Our team will confirm feasibility.
     

If the Review Fails

  • If your order fails the audit (e.g., due to file issues or parameter discrepancies), you can cancel the order and place a new one with updated details.

  • How to Cancel: Navigate to My Orders > Shopping Cart, locate the order, and select Delete. Then, submit a new order via the PCB Instant Quote page.
     

After Review Approval

  • Once the order passes review, major parameters (e.g., board size, material type) cannot be changed due to production preparation.

  • Minor Changes: Contact customer service to check if minor parameters (e.g., surface finish or silkscreen color) can still be adjusted. These are subject to engineering approval.
     

Modifying Shipping Details

  • During Ordering: Select your preferred shipping method (e.g., standard or express) on the PCB Instant Quote page or during checkout on the payment page.

  • After Payment: If you need to change shipping details (e.g., delivery address or courier), contact customer service immediately.

    • Note: Changes may incur additional transportation costs, which our team will confirm.

    • How to Request: Email [email protected] or use the Chat Now button with your order number and updated shipping preferences.
